This following information is provided to help you in your decision in obtaining a towing company to uphold the regulations set forth by yourself in the regulation of parking on your business or residential property. UnderTow, LLC will tow offending vehicles from your property at no charge to you. The auto owner will be responsible for all towing and storage fees when retrieving their vehicle.

To legally remove abandoned or unwanted vehicles from a property, the tow company must be properly licensed and have an NCT permit. As the private property owner, you are required to have a contract with the towing company. The contract must state the wrecker service’s name, address, and telephone number, along with the location of the impound facility. The wrecker company’s hours of operation, removal and storage fees must also be noted. Finally, the contract must be signed by the owner or authorized agents for the property owner. There is only one signature required to obtain a contract with our company. You can list as many authorized personnel as you wish. These people will have the ability to call and request a tow of unauthorized vehicles.

If personnel do not sign the contract, they must be present at the time we arrive to pick up the vehicle. If there is a signature on file, that particular person does not have to be present at the time of tow. It is recommended that all authorized personnel sign the actual contract, but NOT REQUIRED.

Signs must also be in place by law at every entrance in order to tow a vehicle for unauthorized use of your facilities. We will provide and post all signs for you in the legally required manner. Everything else is taken care of by our company. There is no cost to your property for any vehicles towed. Vehicles towed will be towed at expense of the VEHICLE OWNER.

Once the contract is in place and signs are posted, you need simply to call our dispatch office, and request a truck. This can be done 24 hours after the proper signs have been posted on your property. It's that simple.

Following the laws and correct procedures, such as having proper insurance, is a requirement when dealing with other’s property. Our coverage is $100,000 limit for bodily injury to or death of any person. $300,000 limit for bodily injuries to or death of total persons in one accident. Our coverage is $50,000 loss or damage in any one accident to the property of others. Additionally, we maintain records of all towing instances and incidents that happen with regards to the towed vehicle and representative’s using our service. All personal belongings remain in vehicle.
